2009: Rosie and Yasmin Pregnant!

Rosie and Yasmin Pregnant!

Our “free tax return with 3 referrals” promotion is well received.

2007: Another banner year for RG Brenner

President Benjamin K. Brenner confidently and firmly in charge. Wonderful things put in place for this season that we never had before.

We open a new S-2 office and a great location in Smithtown, our new S-5.

Instant Refunds are now offered in certain offices, along with printers and new electronics.

Angel Soto in charge of new Audit Department. Also in place is Corp/LLP/LLC Formation Department, under Angel. In addition, Gisa Schaeffer now in charge of the Printing Department, and “Fast” Eddie Robles and his sidekick Felix are giving us the best Maintenance Department ever!

Louis opens up a Mortgage/Debt Reduction Department. Benjamin and Louis are extremely innovative and creative working together.  The RMS system is constantly being improved. The RMS receipt contains 3 referral slips which entitle the client up to $500 worth of free tax returns if his 3 referrals become clients. A new “Client Option” form and “Client Card” are developed.

Mike DeVito takes charge of Real Estate and Insurance, two very important and related departments.  Yasmin slowly taking over from Carol, who hopes to be “semi-retired” by the end of the ‘08 season.

Another banner year for the company.

On a sad note, our founder Becky Brenner passed away at the age of 98 1/2 in August.

Rosie and Mike welcome their first baby.

Benjamin institutes technologies that allow all departments to communicate directly with each
other in a manner never before done in 64 years.

Company growth of 13.2% is remarkable and this was a very smooth tax season under Benjamin’s leadership.

Two new heavy players come to R&G Brenner for the ‘07 season; Rich Giglio (Manager of Financial Planning) and Louis Arena, a much needed General Manager.

Benjamin marries Yasmin in a fantastic ceremony and party on top of the hill in Brenner Pass. The newlyweds honeymoon in Japan, then right back to work for the new season with an arsenal of new and productive ideas.

2005: The Brenner Family grows

Rosie & Mike buy a house on Long Island in anticipation of their baby.

Benjamin Brenner is now company President.

Fire in Elmont Main Office on February 5th causes us to operate in the inventory department on
six 8 foot tables. Company purchases large building in Valley Stream which is the current company headquarters.

Financial Services Department is formed under the leadership of Steve Distante.

Steve Distante introduces us to Louis Arena. RMS (Receipt Management Sys) developing, with Louis  in
charge as the programer. Distante also introduces us to an excellent program for office efficiency.

Carol is upgrading the technology throughout the R&G Brenner offices — Goodbye “table & chair” look.

2001: Peter Zoschak retires

After 27 great years together with Robert, Peter Zoschak resigns and retires from R&G Brenner.

Our executive team:

  • Robert Brenner, President
  • Carol Brenner, Vice President
  • Brian, Vice President
  • Benjamin Brenner, Vice President
  • John Kulmaczewski, General Manager
  • Chrissy as M-1 Manager

A decade of uninterrupted growth for R&G Brenner. Our printing is handled by Petz Enterprises (XLink), and Ben begins to work in M-1 under Carol.
